Groundskeeper

The Groundskeeper is responsible for the upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots of multifamily buildings. This includes grounds work, landscaping, maintenance, and more.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• One to three months related experience and/or training
• Basic Microsoft Office Suite
