The Groundskeeper is responsible for the upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots of multifamily buildings.
Requirements
- Complete grounds work as directed by Maintenance Manager and/or Community Manager
- Thoroughly clean breezeways
- Execute basic landscaping
- Assist in the preparation of make-ready units
- Conduct proactive preventive maintenance activities
- Document all maintenance activities
- Collaborate effectively with maintenance team members and external contractors
- Assess property safety and cleanliness standards
- Maintain the cleanliness of the grounds and deliver notices to apartments
