RPM is seeking a Maintenance Manager to coordinate exterior and interior maintenance to company standards and resident retention goals. The role involves supervising a team, maintaining a budget, ordering supplies, and ensuring a safe, compliant work environment. Leadership, strong communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Requirements

• Supervise and ensure proper maintenance of the property and grounds.
• Maintain the property's operating budget and secure competitive bids.
• Oversee maintenance, cleanliness, and safety, including fire and safety codes.
• Troubleshooting and repair various systems (HVAC, electrical, and plumbing).
• Regular liaison with property manager and response to emergencies.
• Implement preventative maintenance plans.
• Mentor and train maintenance team members.
• Valid driver’s license required.
