Job Description
The Maintenance Technician position will be responsible for general maintenance work, maintaining cleanliness of common areas, and assisting in pool maintenance.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of experience in maintenance or related field
- General knowledge in skilled trades including construction/installation, repair, and maintenance
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
