Job Description
The Maintenance Technician position will be responsible for the general maintenance work and maintaining the cleanliness of the common area on the interior and the exterior of the property. Responsibilities include performing custodial duties, grounds work, and basic landscaping, as well as assisting in pool maintenance and responding to emergency on-call and after-hours maintenance assignments.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED – Preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in maintenance or related field, preferred
- General knowledge in a variety of skilled trades including construction/installation, repair, and maintenance, drywall, basic carpentry, and make-ready
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license – Required
