Job Description
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance work and maintain the cleanliness of the common area on the interior and exterior of the property.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of experience in maintenance or related field
- General knowledge in a variety of skilled trades
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license
