Maintenance Technician

Perform regular custodial duties, complete grounds work, execute basic landscaping, assist in pool maintenance, and ensure prompt response to emergency on-call and after-hours maintenance assignments.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of experience in maintenance or related field
• General knowledge in a variety of skilled trades
• Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver's license
