Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician responsible for general maintenance work, maintaining cleanliness of common areas, and assisting with pool maintenance. Perform regular custodial duties, grounds work, and basic landscaping. Operate equipment such as power washer, backpack blower, floor scrubbers, and golf carts. Assist with make-ready units and perform repairs to maintain community's aesthetics and structural integrity.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of experience in maintenance or related field
• General knowledge in a variety of skilled trades including construction/installation, repair, and maintenance, drywall, basic carpentry, and make-ready
• Valid driver's license
