Job Description
RRM Design Group is seeking a full-time Job Captain to join their Architecture team. The role involves providing design elements, collaborating with colleagues, leading construction documentation, mentoring junior staff, and communicating with clients and consultants. RRM is a 100% employee-owned multidiscipline design firm located along the California coast.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of five (5) years experience in an Architecture Office
- Proficiency with Revit, Sketchup, and Photoshop
- Knowledge of construction practices, building codes and computer applications and trends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
