Accounting Services Intern - Summer 2026

We are seeking an Accounting Services Intern in our Jacksonville, FL office. This role provides broad exposure to multiple accounting responsibilities within Billing, Accounts Payable, and Payroll.

Requirements

• Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field from an accredited university
• Have a passion for numbers and a commitment to details and accuracy
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and possess strong knowledge of Excel
• Possess strong organizational, prioritization, and communication skills
• Excellent written and oral communication, listening, and proofreading skills (grammar, punctuation, etc.)
• Must thrive in a team environment with the ability to also be self-motivated and work independently
• Able to effectively manage time, multi-task, pay close attention to details, and meet deadlines
