Job Description
RS&H is seeking a Project Administrator for its Transportation-Construction Management practice in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The role involves managing project documentation, payments, and liaison work for various construction projects. The administrator will also support a lead in revenue-producing projects and work with other key stakeholders to facilitate project schedules.
Requirements
- Direct and assign specific tasks to inspectors
- Manage construction quantities and payments
- Serve as a task manager and project field staff leader
- Serve as a lead to other inspection staff, administrative staff, and subconsultants
- Ensuring accurate records of work performed
- Sampling and testing of materials
- Facilitating resolution of issues with utility companies and other stakeholders
