Job Description
RS&H is seeking an experienced Project Manager for their Highway team in Raleigh, NC. The role involves leading roadway/highway design teams, developing solutions, and managing project deliverables and client communication. Responsibilities include quality control, project schedules, and mentorship of staff. This position involves close client communication and team leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited university
- 7 years experience performing and managing roadway design projects
- North Carolina professional engineering (PE) registration
- Experience managing and mentoring multidisciplinary engineering staff
- Working knowledge of OpenRoads, MicroStation, and/or Corridor Modeling
- Experience leading large multi-discipline teams working on complex projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and overall quality control and management
