Job Description
RS&H is seeking a Senior Cost Estimator to join their Moving I-4 Forward Program Office in Celebration, FL. The role involves developing cost estimates for large-scale construction projects, coordinating with technical teams, and preparing budget/change management reports. This position offers an embedded position within a fast-paced program office focused on a major construction initiative.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Cost Management or equivalent.
- 15+ years of relevant experience in construction estimation.
- Experience with total cost of materials, equipment, utilities, labor, risk, and general conditions.
- Experience with conceptual estimates and change order estimates.
