Senior Project Manager/Senior Highway Engineer

RS&H is seeking a Senior Project Manager/Senior Highway Engineer to support projects for the Transportation-Infrastructure Practice based out of our Indianapolis, IN office. The role is a unique opportunity to advance your career, take on new challenges, and contribute to a key component of the company’s Indiana and broader national transportation expansion strategy.

Requirements

• Professional Engineering License in Indiana or reciprocity within six months
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience, managing or serving as a technical lead on transportation projects with a construction value of $20M or less
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a similar discipline from an ABET-accredited university
• Technical proficiency in INDOT, Indiana Toll Road, and Federal Highway Administration policies and procedures
• Experience in OpenRoads, MicroStation, and/or Corridor Modeling programs
• Ability to build lasting relationships with clients and team members
