Job Description
RS&H is seeking a Senior Project Manager for its Charlotte or Raleigh, NC office. This role involves leading multidisciplinary teams on airport projects across North Carolina, including both general aviation and large hubs. The position requires business development, client management, and mentoring of junior staff within the team. The company values innovation, collaboration, and professional development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum of 10 years of civil engineering experience
- North Carolina Professional Engineer (P.E.) license or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Demonstrated experience managing aviation or transportation infrastructure projects
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office suite
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
