Job Description
RSG. Brazil is seeking a Financial Coordinator to coordinate financial activities, prepare financial reports, and lead the finance team. The role involves ensuring financial compliance, performing financial analysis, and supporting the board of directors in developing financial management strategies.
Requirements
- Completed higher education in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
- Previous experience in financial coordination (desirable experience in the tourism or services sector)
- Knowledge of financial ERP and advanced Excel tools
- Good analytical, organizational, and mass-oriented skills
- Reside in Blumenau/SC or nearby regions
- Experience in tour operators, agencies, or travel companies
- Knowledge of consolidated budget planning and cash flow management
