Our Sales Operations Compensation Associate role is integral to our North American Sales Organization, assisting with sales incentive compensation programs and financial analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, sales, or equivalent experience
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel (VLOOKUP, Formulas, Pivot Table, etc.)
- Sales compensation system administration experience
- CRM experience
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- 1-2 years' experience in sales compensation administration, accounting, finance or sales operations
