Job Description
RTC focuses on continual improvement, evolving our capabilities, and reinvesting in our business to deliver higher-performing solutions for our clients. We are looking for a motivated, self-starter to work as a Sanitation and Recycling Sorter, responsible for processing and recycling plant scrap material in an efficient manner.
Requirements
- Bend, lift, reach, and twist repetitively
- Lift 50 lbs. through out the course of the day
- Good physical stamina and ability to handle hot/cold weather
- Fluent English speaker and reader of basic instructions in English
- Motivated, self-starter with a sense of urgency
- Ability to work in a team setting and independently
- Flexibility with start and end times and willingness to work overtime
