RTM Business Group is a professional development conferences and events company looking for a Junior Event Producer to work on K-12 programs. The role involves research, content creation, speaker identification, program planning, and on-site execution.

Requirements

• Research and create compelling content for conferences
• Identify and contact delegates for speaking engagements
• Create detailed programs with multiple sessions and keynote speakers
• Update conference agendas and digital assets
• Maintain internal databases with updated information
• Negotiate speaker expenses within budgetary guidelines
• Ensure smooth on-site execution
• Analyze past events to determine new opportunities
