Manager, Assurance Services - Construction

RubinBrown is seeking a Manager, Assurance Services - Construction to oversee audits and reviews for construction clients, combining technical accounting expertise with industry knowledge to deliver actionable insights and strengthen client relationships.

Requirements

• Plan, manage, and oversee assurance engagements for construction clients
• Advise clients on complex industry issues
• Assess clients' controls over contract costs, project budgeting, subcontractor management, billing, and cash flow
• Examine workpapers, financial statements, and disclosures for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with U.S. GAAP and construction industry standards
• Develop engagement budgets, monitor progress, and ensure teams meet productivity and quality benchmarks
• Serve as a primary point of contact for client leadership and deliver insights that improve operational decision-making and long-term strategic planning
• Train and coach team members in technical assurance skills and construction industry best practices
• Identify opportunities for cross-service collaboration and assist in expanding the firm's client base and services provided
