Job Description
The Shift Leader is responsible for supervising and supporting a productive restaurant, focusing on Guest satisfaction, food quality, team member efficiency and safety, and overall operational performance. This role involves maintaining restaurant cleanliness, handling front and back-of-house duties, performing production tasks, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The Shift Leader will maintain open communication with management, co-workers and guests.
Requirements
- Education: High School degree or equivalent
- Experience: Some restaurant or retail experience preferred
- Knowledge: Knowledge of restaurant industry
- Basic computer skills
- Valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance
