Senior Customer Success Engineer I provides technical support to customers via phone, web, email, chat, and other channels. The role requires a deep understanding of Rubrik's solutions, data protection, and recovery strategies, as well as expertise in cloud deployments, networking, and VMware administration.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in enterprise technical support/Dev Ops, Troubleshooting
- Good technical knowledge of VMware, Linux, Kubernetes, Google Cloud Platform, AWS, and Azure
- Experience with cloud deployments, networking, and VMware administration
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
