The company is looking for a Head of Growth who will lead experimentation and product growth initiatives across its entire portfolio.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in growth, CRO, product growth, or performance strategy
- Proven success scaling digital subscription or consumer products
- Advanced expertise in experimentation and analytics platforms
- Strong understanding of user behavior, funnels, and monetization mechanics
- Demonstrated ability to maintain high testing standards at scale
- Experience leading high-performance, cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and spoken English
