The successful candidate will support the mission to drive measurable improvements in conversion rates across digital products. The role involves assisting in the research, planning, and execution of experiments that directly impact business outcomes.
Requirements
- 6+ months of experience in CRO, digital marketing, data analysis, or UI/UX
- Basic understanding of A/B testing and digital analytics
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar platforms
- Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
- Foundational understanding of UI/UX principles with the ability to create mockups that align with brand standards
