Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on CRO experience
- Strong UI/UX understanding
- Skilled in platforms such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Growthbook (or similar)
- Remarkable attention to detail
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable being fully accountable for performance outcomes
- Clear, persuasive communicator with strong English skills
