Job Description
Rundoo is seeking a Recruiting Lead to build cutting-edge software for building materials suppliers, aiming to empower independent supply stores with technology. They are a rapidly growing company with $18M in funding and a collaborative team of builders, sellers, and industry veterans. The role involves sourcing, managing recruitment efforts, and facilitating interviews to build a strong team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management (HRM), Business Administration (Human Resources or Management), Communication, or Industrial Relations
- 5 years of experience in recruiting for roles across the Philippines and United States
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
