Runwise is looking for a Field Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and passionate about the impact of smart building controls. The role involves calling on commercial and residential properties to discuss energy system control and open sales opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, business development, and/or lead generation (face-to-face sales preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)
- Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and mobile sales tools is preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship skills
- Energetic and outgoing personality
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment
- Willingness to travel and navigate through Boston and surrounding areas
- A growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning
