Job Description
The Assistant Field Manager will assist the Field Manager in managing labor and materials for contract maintenance and snow removal projects. This position requires developing employee training, monitoring quality of work, and ensuring compliance with budget and performance objectives. Successful managers are responsible for tracking progress and resolving issues with customers.
Requirements
- Demonstrated skill and ability to manage others
- Demonstrated skill and ability to work with service customers
- At least one year of experience in contract maintenance
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to identify and diagnose insect and disease problems
