Job Description
Joining our Global Operations department means you will be part of an enthusiastic and supportive team that believes what we do matters to our clients and investors. You will be key to supporting our EMEA Administrative Services users, as well as unifying and standardising processes and procedures within the EMEA Admin team.
Requirements
- Significant experience supporting Executives
- Experience working as an Administrative Assistant ideally within an Asset Management (or wider financial services) environment
- Able to work with a high level of professionalism
- Able to provide exceptional customer service
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Expert knowledge of OneNote, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Skype, Zoom, Video Conferencing, mobile devices, mobile applications, and MS Office including Word, Outlook (specifically calendar management), Excel, PowerPoint
