Job Description
Rust-Oleum is seeking a Corporate Design Engineer and Project Manager to lead strategic CapEx engineering projects within Manufacturing Operations. This role involves design, management, and long-range planning for capital projects, equipment selection, and project management from conceptual to startup. It also includes support for engineering design specifications, process safety, and construction management.
Requirements
- BS in Chemical Engineering (preferred), Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Packaging, or Electrical Engineering with hands-on experience
- 5+ years plant engineering support experience
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and technical communication skills
- Commitment to safety and ethical behavior
- Willingness to travel frequently
