MIA - Airport Coordinator (Summer 2026)

Rustic Pathways is seeking a highly motivated and passionate Airport Coordinator for their Summer 2026 program. This seasonal position assists students and Flight Leaders at a gateway airport in Miami, focusing on ensuring student safety and smooth travel. The role involves coordinating airport procedures, providing customer service, and managing a large group of students. It is a part-time, non-exempt position with a potential for weekend or overnight work.

Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in teaching, logistics, or coordination.
• Must be at least 22 years of age by June 1.
• Must have transportation to MIA International Airport in Miami.
• Must live within 30 minutes of MIA International Airport.
• Must be able to work beyond the regular schedule.
• Professional working proficiency in English required.
• Completion of online training and in-person training at MIA International Airport in Miami.
