Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant construction estimating experience
- Commercial project type experience
- Proficiency in BlueBeam and Excel
- Leadership, diplomatic, and motivational skills
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and understand construction plans and specifications
- Knowledge of the Houston market
