The Rental Management Trainee is a 18-24 month program that provides general Rental Management training and specific training in Finance, Operations, Human Resources and Sales/Marketing.
Requirements
- Handling inbound and outbound calls
- Maintaining accurate data in the company's marketing database
- Generating rental, lease and used vehicle sales leads
- Managing rental asset processes
- Meeting overall Ryder market share
- Maintaining compliance with regulatory agencies
- Reconciling customer concerns and issues
