Warehouse Operations Manager (2nd Shift)

The Warehouse Operations Manager is responsible for managing all activities associated with the efficient operation of accounts, including P&L responsibility, customer satisfaction, compliance, employee relations, and safety.

Requirements

• Manage the performance of salaried employees and hourly paid employees
• Collaborate with senior management and customers to determine their needs and expectations
• Analyze weekly and monthly P&L statement to determine account profitability
• Hold Safety & Security meetings and provide safety training
