Job Description
Rye Country Day School is seeking Lower School Associate Teachers to start in August 2026. The role offers a two-year apprenticeship program with a Lead Teacher, concurrent Master's degree, and full tuition cost covered by the school. Associate Teachers are expected to maintain good grades and complete their degree within two years.
Requirements
- Commit to the RCDS Associate Teaching Program
- Collaborate with Head Teacher
- Assume responsibility for instructional planning, implementation, and assessment under the direction of the Lead Teacher
- Help children on an individual basis with academic, social, and emotional support
- Maintain positive relationships with colleagues and parents
