Job Description
RYZ Labs is looking for an experienced Financial Analyst to join one of our clients' teams. The role is focused on delivering advanced financial modeling and analytical insights that support strategic real estate decisions for large, complex organizations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in commercial real estate
- Strong understanding of GAAP accounting principles, particularly lease accounting standards
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to build complex financial models from scratch
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Experience with DCF modeling and NPV analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
