Job Description
S&K Building Services is hiring a Ground Level Window Cleaning Technician to support their client base from the ground level. The role involves effectively cleansing windows and glass surfaces, communicating with site contacts, and ensuring company vehicles are clean and stocked with supplies.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to/from work and job sites
- Clean-cut appearance and adherence to dress code
- Ability to lift up to 60lbs
- Ability to scale and utilize ladders from 5ft to 40ft in height (safety training provided)
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors during variable weather conditions
- Excellent time-management skills
- High ethical standards
- Teamwork and communication skills
- Bilingualism (English & Spanish) (nice to have)
