Job Description
S&K Building Services is expanding and seeking a Ground Level Window Cleaning Technician for its Chicago branch. The role involves cleaning windows and glass surfaces using non-abrasive tools, communicating with clients, and maintaining equipment. Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 60lbs
- Ability to use ladders (5ft - 40ft)
- Excellent time-management skills
- Professionalism, communication, and ethical work standard
- Ability to adhere to a high ethical standard
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors
