Associate Director, Software Engineering

Join our IT, Content Platforms team as Associate Director, Software Engineering to build new platforms and improve existing ones. This role requires deep technical knowledge and experience. You will have the opportunity to work with artificial intelligence, Large Language Models, and collaborate with business partners on prompt engineering to implement automation and reduce "time to market" for products.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Java, J2EE, Springboot, React, HTML/CSS/JavaScript
• Knowledge of databases, integration architectures/patterns and data modelling
• API best practices, application servers, cloud services (especially AWS) and code quality/secure development
• Experience of DevOps, CI/CD and source control tools and best practices
• Experience in prompt engineering and GenAI/LLM models
• Experience in single sign-on integrations (IDP, SP initiated, SAML, OAuth/OpenID)
• Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies with enterprise-level application development projects
