Job Description
The Senior Analyst, FP&A will assist in and contribute to the month-end close and forecast process, corporate deliverables, Quarterly Finance Reviews, cost of sales reporting, and other ad hoc analyses, ensuring all analysis and reports are submitted timely and accurately. The ideal candidate must be adept at combining analytic tools and techniques with business partnering expertise to identify and manage key performance drivers.
Requirements
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Self-motivated, focused, creative, quick learner, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to develop and implement innovative solutions for operational and financial problems
- Demonstrated investigative research and analytical capabilities necessary to provide the leadership team with the accurate and insightful interpretation of financial information
- Experience leveraging AI tools to support finance operations
- CFA, CPA or MBA
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Ariba, Power BI, SmartView, Anaplan, Alteryx, and Tableau or other database tools
