We're looking for an ambitious Sales Development Representative to join our B2B sales team in the USA to help expand our client base among mid-sized and large enterprises.
Requirements
- 1-3 years in SDR, BDR, or inside sales, ideally in B2B SaaS, consulting, or IT services
- Hunter mentality, you don’t wait, you act
- Fearless on the phone, persuasive over email, and effective on LinkedIn
- Process-driven with high discipline in CRM usage
- Tech-savvy and eager to learn, from AI tools to legacy systems challenges and basics
- Motivated by growth, impact, and getting deals moving
