Job Description
S.R.T. MedStaff is seeking a Wound Care Registered Nurse (RN) and Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) for their Community Visiting Nursing Program in Mississauga, ON. The RN/RPN will provide safe and holistic nursing care to patients in various settings. They will collaborate with healthcare professionals, assess patient needs, and advocate for patient rights.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse in good standing with College of Nurses of Ontario
- One (1) year recent experience in the community
- One (1) year recent wound care experience
- Excellent problem solving, time management, and crisis resolution skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience with Information Technology
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
