Job Description
As a Senior Specialist, SEO, you will bridge the gap between technical search excellence and high-level business strategy. You will develop and execute holistic SEO strategies, use AI and LLMs to automate workflows, and connect SEO performance to commercial business goals. You will also spare with and mentor younger colleagues and assist in the development of sales proposals.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in both Technical SEO and Content Strategy
- Proven experience in managing large-scale content operations and identifying growth opportunities through process optimisation or automation
- Experience with common SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Experience in connecting SEO data to broader business goals using tools such as Looker Studio and advanced GA4 analysis
- Professional level fluency in Finnish and English (both written and verbal)
- Communication skills that enable you to engage clients and stakeholders effectively across the full client journey
