Requirements
- Directorial experience in restaurant operations
- Ability to lead, uphold guest satisfaction, and maintain business integrity
- Experience with beverage/wine
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage high volume of production
- Time management and discipline to follow set standards
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs
- Active listening and learning skills
- Reading and speaking comprehension skills in English
- Ability to communicate and understand direction in English to ensure safety in the workplace
