SA Recycling is seeking an experienced Buyer to join their Commercial Sales team. The Buyer will be responsible for growing and managing a book of business, building relationships with commercial, industrial, and dealer accounts, and negotiating pricing and service agreements.
Requirements
- Responsible for the purchase of ferrous and non-ferrous scrap metals and materials
- Deepens market share by actively identifying and securing new commercial, industrial, and dealer accounts
- Maintain knowledge of various federal, state, and local environmental regulations
- Demonstrate exceptional and ethical customer service and sales skills
- Participate in the development of regional and individual purchasing, marketing, and profitability goals
- Maintain accurate records for all purchasing, sourcing, prospecting, and follow up activities
