Job Description
The Operations Labor position involves various tasks such as unloading pallets, material handling, unpacking boxes, disassembling equipment, and performing light facility maintenance. The role also requires moderate and periodic landscaping work, cleaning, and housekeeping. Effective communication and ability to follow direction are essential.
Requirements
- Pass a medical physical and drug test
- Pass a background check
- High school diploma or GED and/or foreign education acceptable (preferred)
- Bi-lingual language skills (English & Spanish)
- Ability to communicate with others effectively
- Ability to understand direction (written or oral) and use basic math skills
