Head of System Safety JAS 39 Gripen

We are looking for a manager for the System Safety, responsible for the overall system safety aspects of JAS 39 Gripen, as well as in other Aeronautics products. The role involves leading a team of engineers and subject matter experts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and promoting continuous learning and idea development.

Requirements

• Master of Science in Engineering or equivalent educational background
• Several years of experience from working in large projects and complex products
• Experience from working with System Safety and/or Information Security
• Leadership experience
• Solid skills in the English and Swedish language, oral and written
