Manager – Container & Edge Engineering

We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking leader to head the Software Platform Capabilities team, responsible for delivering and evolving foundational platform technologies.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience within platform engineering, infrastructure, Kubernetes environments, edge systems, or real-time OS development
• Documented ability to build and guide teams to achieve measurable results
• Solid technical background in software engineering and platform development
• Experience designing or operating mission-critical platforms or distributed systems
• Proficiency with technologies such as Kubernetes, Linux, containerisation, CI/CD, and version control (Git, GitHub, GitLab or similar)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent
• Fluency in Swedish and English
