Job Description
We are looking for a leader who will lead a team consisting of section chiefs and specialists who report directly to you. Together with your team and their sections, you will be responsible for delivering projects in accordance with the approved budget and plans.
Requirements
- Documented experience of successfully driving production and leading and developing teams
- Experience of being a leader to other leaders/managers and enjoying supporting and coaching them in their leadership
- Experience of creating innovative and efficient work methods and procedures
- Experience of interacting with different types of units in order to work towards a common agenda
- Ability to translate and apply strategies to plans for operational business
- Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, in writing and speaking
- Driving license
- Technical or production-related post-secondary education or extensive leadership experience from industry
