Job Description
We are looking for a Service Desk Technician to join our team at Aeronautics IT. As a Service Desk Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to Aeronautics users, troubleshooting issues, and performing administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a few years of experience in Service Desk, Call Center, or IT-related operation and support, with a focus on customer support, monitoring, troubleshooting, and account and authorization administration.
